KUPO was founded in 1979 in Taiwan, designing and manufacturing lighting equipment and dichroic filters for the global entertainment industry. For over four decades, our engineering team has earned the trust of touring crews, theatres, broadcasters, studios, and exhibition venues worldwide, building products that stand up to the pace of modern shows while meeting international safety approvals.
That experience shaped who we are. When industries like data centers, energy storage, and heavy construction began requiring the same rugged, high-current reliability that entertainment demands, the expansion was natural. We now apply the same proven engineering to industrial power-connection needs: from data center UPS infrastructure and shore power at ports and marinas, to wind energy equipment, water-cooled machinery, welding systems, pneumatic tools, and generator fleets.
Proven in Extreme Conditions
KUPO PowerFit single-pole connectors were selected to power the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics, delivering reliable performance in sub-zero temperatures across outdoor venues. When the world's biggest stage demanded connectors that would not fail in extreme cold, KUPO was the choice.
