K-LOK 400A threaded stud panel receptacles use a threaded stud with compression lug termination instead of a set screw. The stud accepts standard mechanical or crimp lugs, making them ideal for permanent installations where cables are pre-terminated in the shop before deployment. Lug-based connections provide a larger contact surface area and are easier to torque-verify during maintenance inspections. This connection method is common in fixed power distribution rooms, permanent stage installations, generator paralleling panels, and data center power feeds where conductors are rarely disconnected. Rated at 400A/600V with high-conductivity brass contacts and a Santoprene body rated to 105°C. Available in all standard phase identification colors.
